🛠️ Built to Survive the Outdoors
Most 3D printed robots fail at the tracks. I spent 2 months and 15kg of filament testing tolerances, link strength, and motor torque ratios. The result is a chassis that doesn’t just look good—it performs.
- Anti-Slip Track Geometry: Precision-modeled drive sprockets that won’t throw a track in tall grass or gravel.
- Filament-Pin System: Uses standard 1.75mm ABS/PETG filament as track pins—strong, cheap, and easily replaceable in the field.
- 95% Printed: Everything structural is 3D printable, reducing your BOM to just motors and screws.
🧠 Modular “Brain” Bay
The interior isn’t an afterthought. I designed the V2 chassis with a 130mm height specifically to house industrial-grade electronics without “cramming.”
- Internal Dimensions: Plenty of height for stacked Raspberry Pi/Jetson setups and large 4S-6S LiPo batteries.
- Heat Management: Natural airflow paths to keep your motor drivers cool during long autonomous missions.
Two Field-Tested Designs Included

V1: The Compact Scout
Optimized for industrial servo motors. Low profile, sleek, and perfect for light sensing missions.
V2: The Workhorse (Recommended)
Uses affordable, high-torque car wiper motors. Extra internal volume for GPS RTK and complex sensors.
