Refund and Returns Policy

In case of any problems with your order, please contact firstly.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 31 days.

If you are not happy with the products you received, please send an email and I am sure we will find a way to solve the problem. While making and packing our products we take great care so that every customer is happy with the order but mistakes and error might happen.

Shipping times and lost packages

Shipping time varies a lot based on where you place the order from. Shipping within European Union usually takes 1-2 weeks with some exceptions. Shipping outside EU is unpredictable and takes from 1 week to 8 weeks (in extreme cases and mostly it applies only to orders from Australia). Most orders outside of EU arrive in 3 weeks. During the last quarter of the year expect delays with shipping.

If your order didn’t arrive yet to you, please be patient and check the tracking link sent to your email (check the spam folder too). If the order takes suspiciously long to arrive please email me and we will try to verify what happened to the package. Very rarely it happens that the package is lost, in such case we will ship you a new item or give a refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
