Refund and Returns Policy

At Indystry, we want you to love your purchase. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our refund and returns policy below for full details.

If you experience any issues with your order, please email us at nikodem@indystry.cc before taking any further steps. We’re here to help and will try to resolve the problem quickly.

📅 Return Window

You have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. Unfortunately, if 90 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

📦 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be returned in its original packaging (if possible)
  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number)

🔁 Return & Refund Process

  1. Send us an email at nikodem@indystry.cc to start your return.
  2. Ship the item back to the address we’ll provide.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 31 days.

🚚 Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return.

😕 Not Happy with Your Order?

Even if your item doesn’t meet return eligibility, we want to hear from you. If you’re not happy, email nikodem@indystry.cc — we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

🌍 Shipping Times & Lost Packages

  • EU orders usually arrive within 1–2 weeks.
  • Non-EU orders may take 1 to 8 weeks, depending on location (Australia may take the longest).
  • Orders placed during the holiday season may experience delays.
  • If your tracking link (sent via email) shows delays or no updates, check your spam folder first, then reach out to us — we’ll investigate and, if needed, send a replacement or issue a refund.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time to post
  3. Then contact your bank — processing times vary
  4. If you’ve done all this and still see nothing, email us at nikodem@indystry.cc

📍Return Address

Returns must be sent to the return address we’ll provide via email. Please do not send items without contacting us first.
